Earl Grey is the classic for a reason. Our version blends fine Ceylon OP black tea with blue cornflowers and a touch of bergamot oil — that distinctive citrusy, floral note that makes Earl Grey instantly recognizable. High body, bright aroma, and a finish that lingers just long enough. Elegant on its own, and equally good with a splash of milk.

• Body/Astringency: High body, high astringency, medium sweetness
• Best Brewed: 5–10 min at 195°F, 2.5g per 12oz. Add milk and sugar for a London Fog latte.
