This is Indian Masala Chai as it was meant to be — full-bodied, intensely spiced, and warming from the first sip. A robust black tea base layered with traditional spices: cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, clove, and black pepper. Invigorating on its own, and absolutely transformative simmered with milk and sugar the traditional way.

• Best Brewed: Traditional: simmer 1 tsp in 6oz water + 6oz milk with sugar for 5 min. Western: steep 4–5 min at 212°F, add steamed milk and sweetener to taste.
